Bi-annual National
Client Meeting
The National Client Meeting serves as an opportunity to look into Nielsen‘s upcoming product releases, and what is in store for the upcoming year and year to come. Broken up into Spring and Fall meetings, each meeting had a theme that needed to be pushed. For the Spring event, we outlined our direction for the year and what was to come, while the Fall event focused on the launch of Nielsen One
In 2022, I had the opportunity to take on these two digital events independently, with some overarching direction from our Global Head of Design. From there, I created key visuals to reflected the time and what was being presented at the time. I chose bright Spring colors like yellow and pink to express a sense of excitement while for the Fall version I used bright but a more muted yellow and purple color palette. I wanted to tie both events together by keeping the yellow for both events.
Once I had developed the direction of the events, I worked my way through the deliverables needed. They included:
Interstitial Deck (Google slide deck used to announce events, webinars, or reports we have upcoming or available)
Template Deck (For presenters to use when creating their presentation)
Landing and invite page graphics
Type lockups & Logos of event name
Lower thirds template to introduce speakers
Picture in Picture design + mock-up
Social and email graphics for promotion of the event
Collaborating with the events and production teams brought these two events to live. Working independently during this project, reinforced that communication between teams is crucial to running a smooth event. Prior experience with creating event assets for events like CES, IBC, Cannes, and other national and international events helped me ask the right questions to keep the project rolling without any hiccups.
